We do everything we can to deliver your order to your home as quickly and carefully as possible. Because sweets can't wait!

  • Processing time: 1 business day
  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • Order dispatched: We dispatch accepted orders promptly, usually within 1 business day after you place the order.
  • Track & Trace: As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment.

⚠️ Important: Order Conditions

  • Minimum order amount: To keep our prices low and to be able to ship sustainably, we apply a minimum order amount of € 10.00 per order (excluding shipping costs).
  • Why a minimum? By bundling orders, we can cover transaction costs and limit the number of shipping moments. In the shopping cart, you will automatically see how much you still need to add to reach the € 10.00 threshold.
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. Questions via email or WhatsApp received during the weekend will also be answered on Monday.

⚠️ Important: Shipping and Warranty Information

Breakage and Melting Risk (Freeze Dried Candy and Fragile Sweets)

PLEASE NOTE! Freeze Dried Candy, lollipops, and some other sweets are naturally extremely fragile and/or sensitive to temperature.

  • Although we pack the products with the utmost care, we cannot guarantee against breakage or melting during shipping.
  • If you receive the order broken or melted, no warranty will be given.
  • The risk and responsibility regarding the condition of these specific products during shipment lies with the buyer.

📦 Shipping of alcoholic beverages (18+)

If you order products from our Monster 'The Beast' or alcohol line, we are legally obliged to perform an Age Check (18+) upon delivery.

  • ID Check at the door: The parcel deliverer (PostNL/DPD) will be obliged to ask for valid identification (passport, ID card or driving license) when handing over the package.
  • Not to neighbors/minors: The package may not be handed over to minors or delivered to neighbors.
  • Not at home? If you are not at home or cannot show a valid ID, the package will go to a pick-up location where you can collect it yourself within a week with your ID.

📦 Important shipping information (Cans)

We do our utmost to pack your cans as safely and securely as possible. However, please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any influence on how the postal carrier handles the package. A small dent due to transport does not affect the quality or taste and is therefore not covered by our warranty.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

IMPORTANT! The statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to the following product groups:

  1. Pick & Mix Sweets & Sweet Bags: Due to hygiene, food safety, and customization.
  2. Freeze Dried products, lollipops, and candy canes: Due to extreme fragility and hygiene.
  3. MysteryBoxes: Due to their unique content and sealing.
  4. BBD articles and date promotions: Products offered at a high discount because the Best Before Date is approaching or has passed (when explicitly stated in the product title or description).
  5. Partial Trays / Opened factory packaging: Products purchased as a tray, value pack, or bundle are considered a single product. It is not possible to return a tray partially. Once the shrink wrap or box has been opened, the right of return expires.
  • Incomplete or Damaged: Should your order unfortunately arrive damaged or incomplete (apart from minor cosmetic dents on cans), please contact us immediately via info@snoepislekker.nl. Always send clear photos of the damaged box and contents, and we will resolve it quickly for you.

↩️ Missed Delivery & Second Delivery Attempt

When a package is not accepted by you at the door (refused or not at home), or not picked up in time at the parcel point, the shipment will be returned to us by the courier.

Reshipment:

After the package has returned to us, we will contact you. We will send you a payment link for the new shipping costs (€ 6.65 NL / € 9.95 BE). After receiving this payment, the package will be offered again.

What happens if you want to definitively cancel the package?

  • Products that are allowed to be returned (Factory packaging/Trays/Cans in closed outer box): We will credit the purchase amount of these specific products. The original shipping costs and any return costs will not be credited.
  • Products that are NOT allowed to be returned (Pick & Mix Sweets / Sweet bags / Opened goods): Since these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to hygiene and customization, no refund will be issued for this part.
