Snoepislekker.nl targets a broad audience with its non-alcoholic range, but applies a strict age limit of at least 18 years for the sale of alcoholic beverages (such as Monster 'The Beast').

  • Accuracy of data: When visiting pages with alcoholic beverages and placing an order, the visitor/customer is legally obliged to truthfully enter their date of birth. Snoepislekker.nl is not liable for the consequences of intentionally entering an incorrect date of birth by minors.
  • Misrepresentation: In the event of misrepresentation, fake identification, or ordering alcoholic beverages for minors (resupply), the parcel deliverer will refuse delivery. Snoepislekker.nl reserves the right to refuse or cancel future orders if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Breakage and Melting Risk (Freeze Dried Candy and Fragile Sweets)

PLEASE NOTE! Freeze Dried Candy and some other types of sweets are naturally extremely fragile and/or sensitive to temperature.

  • Although we package the products with the utmost care, we cannot guarantee shipping regarding breakage or melting.
  • If you receive the order broken or melted, no guarantee is given for this.
  • The risk and responsibility regarding the condition of the products during shipping lies with the buyer.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

IMPORTANT! The legal right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to the following product groups:

  • Freeze Dried products.
  • Mystery Boxes (due to sealing/contents).
  • Pick-and-mix sweets (due to hygiene and customization).
  • Discounted products.
  • Lollipops and candy canes (due to extreme fragility and hygiene).
  • Cans with minor transit damage (such as a dent): As minor cosmetic damage to the exterior of a can does not affect the quality, shelf life, or taste of the contents, dented cans are explicitly excluded from free returns or replacement.
  • BBE items and date promotions: Products offered with a high discount because the Best Before End date is approaching or has passed, and where this is explicitly stated in the product title or description, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Trays and Bundle Deals: Products purchased as a tray, value pack, or bundle are considered a single product. It is not possible to return these products partially (for example, half a tray). In addition, the right of return expires as soon as the original factory packaging or sealing of the tray (such as the shrink wrap or box) has been opened or broken.

Incomplete or Damaged: Should your order arrive damaged or be incomplete (apart from transit damage), please contact us immediately at info@snoepislekker.nl. Always send photos of the damaged box and contents, and we will resolve it quickly for you.

📦 Important shipping information (Cans)

We do our utmost to pack your cans as safely and securely as possible, so that they arrive in top condition.

However, please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any influence on how the postal carrier handles the package. A small dent due to transport cannot always be prevented and is therefore outside our guarantee.
